How do I obtain MeanderEV's Server Certificate for OCPP Connection?

If your OCPP charger shows “Offline” and support has identified a certificate trust issue, download this file and upload it to your charger under Connectivity → OCPP Connection → Certificate:
Download the MeanderEV Server Certificate
This file contains only public certificate-authority certificates that let your charger verify it is talking to MeanderEV’s servers. It contains no passwords or private data, and the same file works for every Autel charger. After uploading, save the settings and allow the charger a few minutes to reconnect.
